The latest addition to the global electronic music phenomenon that is the Electric Daisy Carnival has arrived in the United Kingdom, with the first EDC London taking place in July 2013 at the city's Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, a complex that represents part of the city's legacy from the 2012 Summer Olympics.

This proved such a success that the 2014 event expanded to 2 days instead of just 1, and moved the the Milton Keynes Bowl venue.

As far as the EDC goes, London has long been a hot destination for fans of the electronic music genres, with a wide range of clubs such as Heaven, Cafe de Paris, Fire, Electrowerkz, Fabric and on course the iconic Ministry Of Sound bringing dance and techno music to the locals on a regular basis, so there will certainly be an appreciative audience available for a larger scale event such as this one.

Festival Lineup

With only a single day to fill the EDC London lineup isn't yet as extensive as the events in New York or Las Vegas, but they're still set on providing an impressive list of performers. The full lineup to follow.

TV & Live Streaming

We'll hope to find some live coverage of the event - the Electric Daisy carnival organisers do seem to be slowly embracing online technologies so there's a good chance of streaming from here - we'll post any links we find.
